I’ve known Caity a long time, and she’s been there for me when I needed her, Despite criticism on law enforcement from other people, In my opinion, I’ve never had no issues with law enforcement and never will. The Bismarck Police Department works tirelessly to help people and protect our city and work cases and I thank them with mostly food and positive attitude and going to their events. Officer Caity Horne is one to talk to if you ever need anything or need a helping hand, She is also a part of the crime prevention program and does a great job at what she does 💯.
